Paid media where the spend is never marked up.
React Web Development Services manages paid media for Philippine businesses from ₱20,000/mo on one channel. Meta ads are ₱35,000/mo, Google Search, PMax and YouTube ₱40,000/mo, TikTok ₱32,000/mo and LinkedIn ABM ₱45,000/mo — each stated as that fee or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never marked up. Build work is priced separately: a funnel and landing page system is ₱75,000, a lead generation system ₱120,000 and a full-funnel audit ₱35,000. Below about ₱30,000/mo of spend we will tell you not to run ads yet. Based in Porac, Pampanga, serving Clark, Angeles, San Fernando and Metro Manila.
You should be able to check our arithmetic.
The fee is a flat monthly figure or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. That is the whole pricing model, and it is published so you can work out what you would pay before speaking to anyone.
Spend goes from your card to the platform. The ad account is yours, in your name, and we never buy media on your behalf and resell it. An agency that will not separate its fee from your spend is an agency whose incentive is to spend more, and you cannot audit the difference after the fact.
Worked example: at ₱150,000 a month of Meta spend, 15% is ₱22,500, which is below the ₱35,000 flat fee — so you pay ₱35,000. At ₱400,000 of spend, 15% is ₱60,000, and that is what you pay. The crossover on Meta is about ₱233,000 of monthly spend — ₱35,000 divided by 0.15, if you would rather check it than take our word for it.
Spend paid direct
Platform billed from your own card, ad account in your name, transferred on request with no exit fee.
Cost per qualified lead
Not impressions, not reach, not engagement. A lead the sales side agrees was worth having.
Monthly, in one page
Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what changed. If it is not working we say so in that document.
Published, so you can compare us.
Management fees are monthly. Build work is one-off. Advertising spend is yours and sits outside every figure here.

Below ₱30,000 a month, do not run ads.
Paid media needs enough budget for the platform to learn. Under roughly ₱30,000 a month of spend, a campaign never leaves the learning phase, the data stays too thin to act on, and you pay a management fee on top of a budget that was already too small to work.
At that level the money goes further somewhere else: a ₱35,000 full-funnel audit tells you whether the problem is the traffic or the offer, a ₱75,000 funnel and landing page system fixes what the traffic lands on, or ₱15,000 a month of social builds something that compounds instead of stopping the day you stop paying.
We would rather say this now than take a retainer for six months and explain it afterwards.
Spending nothing yet
Start with the offer and the page, not the ads. ₱75,000 funnel system, then spend.
Spending and it is not working
₱35,000 audit first. It ranks where the money leaks and often pays for itself in one month of corrected spend.
Leads arriving and going cold
That is not an ads problem. ₱120,000 lead generation system — capture, routing, scoring, nurture.
The ones we actually get asked.
What do Philippine agencies charge to manage Facebook and Google ads?
React Web Development Services charges ₱35,000 a month for Meta and ₱40,000 for Google Search, PMax and YouTube — or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. One channel on a smaller budget is ₱20,000 a month. Across the Philippine market a percentage-of-spend model between 10% and 20% is common, as are flat retainers from about ₱15,000 for a freelancer to ₱150,000 and up for a Manila agency. The figure that matters is whether the fee is stated separately from the spend.
Is ad spend included in the fee?
No, and it is never marked up. You pay the platform directly from your own card, and the ad account stays in your name. We never buy media and resell it to you. Any agency that bundles the two is an agency you cannot audit, and whose incentive is to spend more of your money.
What is the minimum ad budget worth running?
About ₱30,000 a month of spend. Below that the platform never exits the learning phase and the data is too thin to make decisions on — so you would be paying a management fee on a budget that cannot work. We say so rather than take the retainer. A ₱35,000 audit, a ₱75,000 funnel build, or ₱15,000 a month of organic social are all better uses of that money.
What are we measured on?
Cost per qualified lead — a lead your sales side agrees was worth having — not impressions, reach or engagement. Reporting is one page a month showing spend, leads, cost per lead and what changed. Early engagements carry a success metric agreed in writing before work starts.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Ad accounts, pixels, conversion data, audiences and CRM records are in your name and transfer on request with no exit fee. It is a contract term rather than a promise, and it is the first thing worth asking any agency.
Not sure whether to spend on ads at all?
The Advisor takes about ninety seconds and will tell you to spend less, or elsewhere, where that is the right answer. It is the same advice we would give on a call.
