Social media run by people who speak your market.

The local half

Kapampangan is not a translation setting.

In this province buyers arrive from Facebook first and search only to check you exist. That makes the comment section a sales channel, not a vanity metric — and it is answered by someone who speaks the language the question was asked in.

A Manila agency will write your captions in English, or in a Filipino that reads like it was translated. Neither sounds like a neighbour. We write in English, Filipino and Kapampangan because that is what the audience actually speaks, and the difference shows up in replies rather than in reach.

Shoot days happen in Clark, Angeles and San Fernando. Nobody waits three weeks for a crew to drive up from Manila, and nobody pays for that drive.

The rate card

Published, because asking is friction.

Every figure below is the rate card, not an estimate. Advertising spend is never included and never marked up — it is paid by you, directly to the platform.

Be honest about it

When a social retainer is the wrong spend.

You have nothing to say yet

A business with no product photography, no offer and no opinion will post eight times a month into silence. Spend the first ₱35,000 on a content production day and a real offer instead, then start.

You need leads this quarter

Organic social compounds slowly. If the pipeline is empty now, paid media at ₱20,000–₱40,000/mo buys attention this week and tells you what converts. Organic is how you stop renting it, not how you start.

Someone in-house already posts well

If a staff member is already producing content the audience responds to, the honest answer is training and a shoot day, not a retainer that replaces them with something more expensive and less authentic.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked.

How much does social media management cost in the Philippines?

From React Web Development Services it is ₱15,000 a month for one platform with 8 posts, ₱35,000 for two platforms with 12 posts and stories, ₱65,000 for three platforms with 20 posts and 8 short-form videos, and ₱110,000 for four platforms with 30 posts, 16 videos and a monthly shoot day. Community management on its own is ₱28,000 a month. Freelancers in the province charge less and generally do not include video production or guaranteed response times; Manila agencies charge more and bill the travel.

Is advertising spend included in the retainer?

No, and it is never marked up. You pay the platform directly from your own ad account, which stays in your name. Paid media management is a separate service starting at ₱20,000 a month for one channel; Meta ads management is ₱35,000 a month or 15% of spend, whichever is higher. Keeping the two separate is how you can tell what the management is worth.

Do you write in Kapampangan?

Yes — English, Filipino and Kapampangan, in-house. For a business selling in Pampanga that is the difference between sounding local and sounding like a brand that bought a list. Comments are answered in whichever language they were written in.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, throughout. Pages, ad accounts, the content library and the raw footage from shoot days all stay in your name and transfer on request with no exit fee. It is a contract term rather than a promise, and it is the question worth asking any agency before you sign.

Can we start small and move up?

That is the usual path. Most clients start on Starter or Essentials, and move up once there is evidence the audience responds — not on a schedule. Moving down is equally fine; there is no lock-in and no minimum term beyond the month in progress.

Do you meet clients in person?

Yes — same-day on-site visits across Clark, Angeles and San Fernando, Metro Manila by appointment, video everywhere else. The studio is based in Porac, Pampanga.

Not sure which tier the business actually needs?

The Advisor asks eleven questions and returns a scoped recommendation with a price, in about ninety seconds. It will tell you to spend less where that is the right answer.
