Six positions we won't trade away.
Every agency has values on a wall. These are the ones that cost us money to keep — which is the only test that means anything.
The client owns everything
Code, domain, ad accounts, CRM, analytics. Transferred on final payment. Holding accounts hostage is the industry's dirtiest habit and we've written the opposite into our contract.
Cut scope, never quality
When the budget doesn't fit, we remove work rather than do the same work badly. A discounted project delivered at full scope is one both sides come to resent.
Report the number that matters
Cost per qualified lead, revenue, conversion rate. Impressions and follower counts are what agencies show when the real numbers are bad.
Say no to the wrong project
If we're not the right fit, or the budget can't produce the outcome you want, we'll say so on the first call. Taking doomed work is how studios earn bad reputations.
Seniors do the work
You don't meet a principal and then get handed to a junior. The people in the pitch are the people in the repository.
Pay and train local talent properly
We hire from Pampanga's universities and Clark's tech pool, pay at or above Manila mid-market for senior roles, and compete on mentorship and ownership. A cheap senior hire is the most expensive mistake an agency can make.
Pods, not a pyramid.
One pod is the repeatable unit of capacity: it carries about two concurrent builds plus six retainers. We add capacity by adding pods, not by stacking juniors under one overloaded lead.
Five people, one owner
- 1 project manager — owns the client and the calendar
- 1 product designer
- 2 engineers
- 1 performance marketer
Specialists across pods
- Content & video production crew
- SEO and analytics specialists
- AI / automation engineering
- Fractional CTO & CMO
Where this goes
- Phase 1 — prove the model, six retainers
- Phase 2 — two pods, documented delivery
- Phase 3 — account management layer, export desk
- Phase 4 — products and licensing

Sixty minutes from Manila. A world away from Manila pricing.
Clark's locators need internal software, not brochures. Angeles hospitality lives on Facebook and walk-ins. Provincial developers and schools have genuine budgets and weak digital execution. Every one of those is a business we can measurably improve — and we can be in their boardroom this afternoon.
The same team ships export work for clients in Australia, the United States, Singapore and the UAE. That's deliberate: export revenue funds senior salaries, and senior salaries are what let us do this quality of work for a client in San Fernando.
We're hiring the people who'll make this obvious in hindsight.
Engineers, designers, marketers and content people in Pampanga who want senior mentorship, real ownership and export-grade work without the Manila commute. Send us something you've built.
