What actually changes between ₱24,000 and ₱285,000.
React Web Development Services builds websites at five published tiers: ₱24,000 for a one-page site in a week, ₱42,000 for three pages, ₱75,000 for an entry site in two weeks, ₱120,000 for a tailored 5–8 page build in 3–4 weeks, and ₱285,000 for a premium 3D and motion site in 6–8 weeks. What separates them is not quality of code — it is page count, whether the design is bespoke or built from our component library, how many integrations are wired, and who writes the copy. A landing page is ₱45,000, a headless CMS build ₱220,000, a replatform ₱140,000 and a health check on an existing site ₱6,500. Every tier is owned by you outright on final payment. Based in Porac, Pampanga, working Philippines-wide.
Four things, and none of them is effort.
Agencies tend to describe tiers in adjectives — basic, premium, enterprise — which tells a buyer nothing and is why the question keeps getting asked. Four concrete things change, and they are the only four.
Page count. One, three, five, eight. It is the most honest driver of price and the easiest to check against a quote.
Design origin. Below ₱75,000 the layout comes from our component library, which is why it ships in a week. Above it, the design is drawn for you. Both are real websites; only one is bespoke.
Integrations. A contact form is not a booking engine, a payment gateway or a CRM handoff. Each one wired is engineering time, and it is where a cheap quote quietly becomes an expensive one.
Who writes the copy. Cheaper tiers assume you supply it. That single assumption is the most common reason a ₱24,000 project and a ₱120,000 project look similar on a proposal and behave nothing alike.
Code quality
A ₱24,000 site is held to the same standards as a ₱285,000 one: tested on a mid-range Android on mobile data, accessible, and yours.
Who builds it
The person who scopes the work is the person who does it, at every tier. There is no junior bench the small projects get handed to.
Ownership
Repository, domain, analytics and accounts transfer on final payment at ₱24,000 exactly as at ₱285,000.
Published, with what each one assumes.
| Tier | Price | Build time | What it assumes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website health check | ₱6,500 | 3 days | You have a site and want to know what is wrong with it |
| Presence — one page | ₱24,000 | 1 week | No site at all. You supply copy and photos |
| Starter — 3 pages | ₱42,000 | 1–2 weeks | Component library, you supply copy, one revision round |
| High-conversion landing page | ₱45,000 | 1–2 weeks | One offer to test, with tracking wired |
| Ignite — entry site | ₱75,000 | 2 weeks | The top of the component-library range |
| Tailored website, 5–8 pages | ₱120,000 | 3–4 weeks | Design drawn for you; copy support available |
| Migration & replatform | ₱140,000 | 3–5 weeks | Moving off something, rankings intact |
| Headless CMS build | ₱220,000 | 4–6 weeks | A team that publishes often and needs to self-serve |
| Premium 3D & motion site | ₱285,000 | 6–8 weeks | The site itself is the differentiator |
One clarification, because it is the pair most often mixed up: the ₱120,000 tailored build above is scoped per client from this catalogue. Pricing also lists a fixed packaged tier called Business at ₱135,000 for 6–8 pages. They are different products, both current, and the right one depends on whether you want a fixed package or a scope drawn around you.
Comparing us against the market is a different question, and three pages answer it properly: the researched cost benchmark for Pampanga, the website cost calculator, and magkano ang website sa Philippines in Taglish.
When what you need is not a website.
It has logins and roles
Staff and customers doing different things, permissions, an audit trail. That is a web application from ₱650,000, or a client portal from ₱480,000 — not a website with a members area.
It takes bookings or sells
A booking system is ₱280,000 and a Shopify build ₱195,000. Both are commerce engineering, and a website tier will not stretch to either.
It needs to be on a phone
Usually a progressive web app at ₱135,000 rather than ₱750,000 of native app. We will say which before you spend.
Philippines-wide, from Porac.
The studio is in Pulong Santol, Porac, Pampanga. Most work is delivered remotely and clients are spread across the country, so the tier you need does not depend on where you are.
If you are in Pampanga, there is more to say — same-day on-site visits across Clark, Angeles and San Fernando, content in Kapampangan, and the local compliance detail that matters here. That is on web design in Pampanga, which is the page written for local buyers.
A mid-range Android
On mobile data, not a laptop on fibre. It is what most of this market browses on, and it changes what passes.
From ₱3,500 a month
Hosting, SSL, backups and security patches. Optional, and never a condition of the build.
The ones we actually get asked.
What is the real difference between a ₱24,000 and a ₱120,000 website?
Four things: page count, whether the design comes from our component library or is drawn for you, how many integrations are wired, and who writes the copy. Not code quality, not who builds it, and not what you own afterwards — those are the same at every tier. The ₱24,000 Presence tier is one page in a week with copy and photos you supply; the ₱120,000 tailored build is five to eight pages with bespoke design over three to four weeks.
Which tier should we start on?
If you have no site at all, Presence at ₱24,000 gets you credible in a week and is genuinely enough for many businesses. If you already have a site and are not sure it is the problem, the ₱6,500 health check answers that for less than the cost of guessing. Moving up a tier later is normal and costs no more than starting there would have.
Do you build on WordPress?
Sometimes it is the right answer, and we say so when it is. The trade-off is cost of ownership, plugin risk and speed on Philippine mobile data — set out at length in WordPress vs a custom website, including the cases where WordPress wins.
What do we own at the end?
Everything: repository, domain, hosting account, analytics and any ad or CRM accounts set up along the way, transferred on final payment with a recorded walkthrough. It is a contract term rather than a promise, and it is identical at ₱24,000 and at ₱285,000.
How long does a website take?
One week for Presence, one to two for Starter, two for Ignite, three to four for a tailored 5–8 page build and six to eight for a premium 3D site. The schedule assumes copy and photos arrive when agreed — late content is the single most common cause of a late launch, and it is worth knowing that before you start rather than after.
